Fish Fry:
Fish Fry is a nice starter and also a side for a meal. We can make fish fry with simple ingredients . The only thing is marination . At-least we want to marinate the fish with the masalas for 1 hr under refrigeration.Simple easy and traditional recipes are uploaded in the blog, like wise this is a easy one. Let us see how to make this fish fry.
Ingredients :
- Fish - 1/2 kg
- Turmeric powder - 1 pinch
- Red Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Corn flour - 1 tsp
- Salt - as needed
- Lemon - 1
Method:
- Wash the fish with the little salt.
- Take the above ingredients in a bowl and mix it with some oil and water to make a paste.
- Add the fish to the mixture and marinate for 1 hr.(Let it be in the fridge )
- Now add oil in a pan/tawa and fry the fish on both the sides.
- Our Simple fish fry is ready to serve.
