Paneer Tikka without grill and oven

Paneer Tikka:

   Hi guys!! Today we are going to learn a easy and tasty recipe which we can made with our kitchen ingredients. I tried this recipe for the first time it came out well and to a surprise i made this for my guest and they appreciated me for this dish and they ask for the recipe I felt very happy for it. This was my second try of this dish. My kids started to love this recipe. Now let us see how to make this recipe.

Ingredients:


  1. Paneer - 1 (comes in packs)
  2. Yogurt/Curd - 1 cup
  3. Corn Flour  - 2 tbsp
  4. Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  5. Red Chilli powder - 2tsp
  6. Salt - as required
  7. Lemon extract - few drops
  8. Garam Masala - 1 tsp
  9. Cumin powder - 1 tsp
  10. Coriander powder - 1tsp
  11. Oil - 1 tbsp


Method:


  • Cut the paneer into cubes.
  • Take a mixing bowl and add Yogurt(If not having yogurt you can use curd instead), corn flour ,ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt and lemon few drops and mix well to make a paste.
  • Add the paneer cubes and mix gently. Marinate it for atleast 30 min under refrigeration.
  • Heat oil in a tawa for shallow frying,  add the cubes gently and cook all the sides. Take out from the oil and skew it in the skewers(Soak the skewers in water for 1 hr ) and cook it in the flame for a minute.




  • Now our paneer tikka is ready!!

Indian Style Pasta Recipe

Indian Style Pasta Recipe :

       When I was a kid I don't like pasta at all. But after that I started to love it. Like wise same in the case of meal maker. I want to thank by bro Suresh for making yummy tries over pasta recipe. Yeah he is the person behind my pasta love. And what a coincidence My Hubby also don't like pasta(but not meal maker, he loves meal maker very much), but he also started to love pasta. This recipe is dedicated to my bro because the recipe is his. When I was in my mum's house before marriage he use to do this dish with full dedication. It was a simple method but the result will be yummy the juicy meal maker mmmmmmmmm.... mouth watering. Even though we try many varieties in pasta this was my family's favorite one. Any how I have made slight variations in it.Now let us see how to make this recipe..

Ingredients:


  1. Pasta - 2 cups
  2. Meal maker/Soy Chunks - 1 cup
  3. Onion - 2 nos
  4. Capsicum - 1
  5. Tomato -3
  6. Cardamom - 2 
  7. Cinnamon - a small stick
  8. Bay leaf - 2 
  9. Green Chillies - 2 
  10. Tomato ketchup - 2 tbsp
  11. Soy Sauce - 1 tsp
  12. Red Chilli Powder - 2 tsp
  13. Garam Masala - 1 tsp
  14. Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
  15. Coriander Leaves - few for garnish

Method:


  • Add water in a pan and allow it to boil and the soy chunks and salt to it . Let it boil for 10 min.
  • Take the chunks from the boiling water .

  • Add water in a pan and add salt and 1 tsp of oil in it . Let it boil . Then add the Pasta and cook it till it gets softened.
  • Drain the water completely and cool it in the running water.


       
  • Heat oil in a pan and add cardamom, cinnamon and bay leaf. 
  • Add chopped onions and saute till translucent add the ginger garlic paste and saute till the raw smell disappears.
  • Now add the capsicum and saute for a minute then add tomato puree , ketchup, soy sauce and mix well.


  • When it is boiling add the red chilli powder, garam masala, and mix well.
  • split the soy chunks and add it.
  • Now add the pasta and add salt to taste and mix well.

  • Let it be in simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Then switch off the stove and garnish with coriander leaves.

         Hi Everyone. Today we are going to see how to get natural pink lips using the home remedies.
I know the next question arise in your mind will be "Have you tried this? " Yes of-course I tried and yes I got it. Every girl will be aware of their beauty.Getting soft pink lips is not only a dream it also enhance one's beauty. There are many reasons for getting dark lips. Let us see one by one.
           First don't lick your lips often since it may cause discoloration of your lips.I have seen most of the girls wet their lips for moisture, better don't do it, instead use any lip balms for moisture.
The other one is biting the soft texture and removing the dead skin cells. this will definitely lead to the darkening of your lips.
      The next one you would not think of this ever, yes your toothpaste will make your lips dark. Better use herbal toothpaste which will not harm your lips.
    Apart from all the above said we can make our dark lips to soft and pink, we all need is simple ingredients which we all have in our kitchen.

Ingredients:


  1. Beetroot - 1
  2. Carrot -1
  3. lemon - half
  4. honey - 1tsp
  5. olive oil - 1 tsp
  6. water - 1tsp

Method:


  • slice the beetroot and carrot.
  • Grind it to a fine paste by adding 1 tsp of water to it.
  • Filter it to get the extract of it.
  • Now add the olive oil, lemon juice and honey and mix well.
  • Yes Now our natural lip balm is ready!!!

You can refrigerate it and use for 5 days.
Take a cotton ball and dip it in the mixture and massage the lips .Leave it overnight and wash it off in the morning. Within a week you can see a nice difference.

Carrot Burfi

Carrot Burfi:  

      Carrot Burfi is also know as gajar ka burfi it is a easy sweet recipe made with simple ingredients. It tastes well and kids will sure love this burfi. Hope many mom's will be thinking how to give vegetables to the fussy eating kids. this is nice way of giving carrot to your kids, sure they will finish their plate. Here in this recipe I have added sugar, You can add natural sugar instead of adding white sugar too. 
      Now let us see how to made a delicious burfi using carrot.

Ingredients:

  1. Carrot - 3 cup
  2. Coconut - 1/2 cup
  3. Ghee - 3 tbsp
  4. Milk - 1 cup
  5. Sugar - 3/4 cup
  6. cardamom powder - a pinch
  7. Cashew nuts - few

Method:


  • Grate the carrot and coconut and keep it ready.
  • Grease a plate with ghee and keep it aside.
  • Dissolve sugar and make a syrup with one consistency.
  • Now add the grated carrot and coconut and mix well.

  • Add the cardamom powder and stir till it leaves the sides of the pan.
  • switch off the stove and transfer it to the ghee greased plate.

  • Sprinkle chopped pistas/almonds/cashews.
  • Mark squares and allow it to cool.
  • Take out from the plate and serve.

Coconut Burfi without milk /Coconut Burfi

Coconut Burfi without milk /Coconut Burfi:

Coconut Burfi is a sweet made fully with grated coconut and for making this burfi we need simple ingredients and of-course easy to make this recipe. Since it is a sweet recipe you can try this for any special occasion too. I made this sweet for this diwali and had no time to post this recipe.
   Now let us see how to make this recipe.

Ingredients:


  1. Coconut - 1 cup (grated)
  2. Sugar - 3/4 cup
  3. Water - 1/4 cup
  4. Cashew / Almonds/Pista- 1 tbsp
  5. Cardamom powder - a pinch
  6. Ghee - 1 tsp

Method:


  • Take a pan and add sugar and water and boil it to reach one string consistency. 
  • Now add the grated coconut and mix well add the cardamom powder and 1 tsp of ghee in it.
  • Grease a plate with ghee and keep it ready.
  • When it comes to the form of non-sticky it will leaves the side of the pan. This is the right stage to remove from  the flame. 



  • Pour this to the ghee greased plate and level it . Sprinkle the chopped pistachios and cut into squares when it is warm itself.
  • Take out from the plate when it completely cool down.
  • Store it in a air tight container.


Rava Kichadi

Rava Kichadi: 

       Rava Kichadi is one of the easy recipe in the busy morning. It also tastes well when compared with the normal rava upma. My kids love this rava kichadi recipe very much. Usually I won't prepare rava kichadi often. Try this recipe in your kitchen and let me know how this comes to you.

Ingredients:


  1. Rava/Semolina/Sooji - 1 cup
  2. Beans -  6 nos
  3. Carrot - 1 
  4. Onion - 1
  5. Green Chillies - 2 
  6. Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
  7. Chilli powder - 1 tsp
  8. Coriander powder - 1 tsp
  9. Cumin powder - 1tsp
  10. Garam masala - 1 tsp
  11. Water - 3 cups
  12. Tomato - 1
  13. Oil - 2tsp
  14. Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
  15. Curry leaves  - few
  16. Salt - as required
  17. Curry leaves - few
  18. Coriander leaves - few

Method:

  • Heat ghee in a pan and add rava and roast until a nice aroma comes.
  • Keep it aside.
  • Heat oil in a same pan and allow mustard seeds to temper. then add onion, green chillies, tomato carrot , beans and saute for a minute.
  • Add chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder,garam masala and mix well.
  • Add salt and water and allow it to boil, while boiling add turmeric powder and mix well.

  • Now add the roasted rava and cook well till all the water evaporates.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and curry leaves.
  • Serve hot with coconut chutney and sambar.


Salt Seedai / Uppu Seedai

Salt Seedai:

     I tried this recipe for the first time and as I heard it was not a war for me. It came out well at my first attempt itself. Try this recipe in your home and let me know if you had a good time like me. Usually salt seedai and vella seedai are made for gokulastami as a neivedhyam for lord Krishna.Follow the instructions carefully and then do the recipe.

Ingredients:


  1. Rice Flour - 1.5 cups(Home made rice flour)
  2. Urad Dhal flour - 2 tbsp
  3. Coconut  (grated)- 2 tbsp
  4. Butter - 3 tbsp
  5. sesame seeds - 1 tbsp
  6. asafoetida - a pinch
  7. Salt - as needed
  8. Chilli powder - a pinch
  9. Oil - for deep frying

Method:


  • Prepare Urad Dhal flour by dry roasting it in a pan.
  • Cool it completely and grind it in a dry grinder sieve it to a fine powder.
  • Dry roast the coconut to avoid the moisture in it.
  • Take a mixing bowl add the rice flour, urad dhal flour, coconut, sesame seeds, melted butter,asafoetida and salt and mix well.
  • Add water and make it to a dough not too loose.
  • Make small balls using this dough and pierce it using a tooth pick.


  • Let it be in the newspaper for atleast 10 min to absorb the moisture.
  • Heat oil in a kadai and drop it in the oil gently in low flame and cook until golden brown.


  • Now our seedai is ready to taste!!!
