Pudina chutney / Mint Chutney

Mint Chutney/Pudina Chutney:

       Mint chutney is easy to make and it tastes yummy. Mint chutney is used in many ways  Let us learn how to make this simple mint chutney.

Ingredients:

To Grind:


  • Mint leaves - 1 cup
  • coriander leaves - 1 cup
  • Green chillies - 3
  • lemon  - half
  • Curry leaves - few 
  • salt - as needed

For Seasoning:


  • Oil - 1 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves - few

Method:


  1. Grind all the ingredients mentioned below the to grind  section.





  2. For seasoning heat a kadai and add oil in it.
  3. Add mustard seeds and allow it to temper, then add the curry leaves and add the seasoning to the mint chutney.
