Cauliflower 65

Cauliflower 65:

 Cauliflower 65 is a nice starter for the vegetarian lovers. Kids will be more fond of this cauliflower 65. Try this in your kitchen and let me know how it turns out.

Ingredients:

  1. Cauliflower - 1 
  2. Corn flour - 1 tbsp
  3. Rice flour - 1 tbsp
  4. Chilli powder - 1 tsp
  5. Turmeric powder - 1tsp
  6. Cumin powder - 1 tsp
  7. Garam masala - 1 tsp
  8. Ginger garlic paste - 1tsp
  9. Salt - as needed
  10. Lemon - 1/2
  11. Oil - for deep frying

Method:

  • Wash the cauliflower well in running water .
  • Boil water and add the cauliflower in it for few minutes.
  • Cut the cauliflower into halves
  • In a mixing bowl add corn flour , all purpose flour, rice flour, chilli powder , turmeric powder, cumin powder, garam masala , ginger garlic paste, salt and lemon and mix it well
  • Add the cauliflower florets and mix it gently so that the masala will be coated in each florets pieces.
  • Marinate it for atleast 10 min.
  • Heat oil in a pan for deep frying.
  • Drop the cauliflower pieces one by one in the oil and take out once done.

  • Cauliflower 65 is ready to serve.

KulKul /Kalakala

     Hi Guys How are you all? I know this was a very long gap for me to post the next recipe. Was busy with "Vardah" and a marriage function. Now you can await a for recipes from the blog.
  OK. Coming to the recipe , Today we are going to see about a snacks which can be made using salt and sweet. In this post I am going to narrate how to make the salt version and sweet version. This is a easy and quick snack variety even kids can make. This is not a joke or words, this recipe was made by my friends kids with my guidance . This salt version goes well in tea time as a tea snacks. Ok , Then now let us see how to make this recipe.

Ingredients:


  1. Maida/All purpose flour - 1 cup
  2. Sooji  - 1 cup
  3. Curd - 1 cup
  4. Salt - a pinch
  5. Chilli powder - a pinch
  6. Oil -  for deep frying

 For sweet version :


  1. Sugar - 1 cup
  2. Water - 1/4 cup

Method:


  • Take a mixing bowl and add maida, sooji, salt and mix well
  • Add curd and mix well to form a tight dough.(If need excess water then wet your hands and knead it don't add water, the dough should be thick).
  • Set it aside for 1 hr.

  • Knead it again and make a small balls with the dough.
  • shape it using the mould if not having a mould then use fork to shape it.(Place the ball in the mould and press from top to bottom same procedure using the fork also.)



  • Heat oil in a pan and drop the kulkul one by one, deep fry it in medium flame till golden brown.

  • Add chilli powder in the fried kulkul and toss it to mix evenly.

     
  • Now our salt version is ready.

For sweet version:


  • Take  a pan and add sugar and water, allow it to boil till you get the one string consistency.

  • Then add the fried kulkul in it and toss it, allow it to cool .

  • Now our sweet version is also ready.
