Cauliflower 65:
Cauliflower 65 is a nice starter for the vegetarian lovers. Kids will be more fond of this cauliflower 65. Try this in your kitchen and let me know how it turns out.
Ingredients:
- Cauliflower - 1
- Corn flour - 1 tbsp
- Rice flour - 1 tbsp
- Chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1tsp
- Cumin powder - 1 tsp
- Garam masala - 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste - 1tsp
- Salt - as needed
- Lemon - 1/2
- Oil - for deep frying
Method:
- Wash the cauliflower well in running water .
- Boil water and add the cauliflower in it for few minutes.
- Cut the cauliflower into halves
- In a mixing bowl add corn flour , all purpose flour, rice flour, chilli powder , turmeric powder, cumin powder, garam masala , ginger garlic paste, salt and lemon and mix it well
- Add the cauliflower florets and mix it gently so that the masala will be coated in each florets pieces.
- Marinate it for atleast 10 min.
- Heat oil in a pan for deep frying.
- Drop the cauliflower pieces one by one in the oil and take out once done.
- Cauliflower 65 is ready to serve.
