Kambu koozh
This
kambu koozh recipe is simple to make and it is good for health. In summer if we take this kozh , we feel
fresh for the whole day. Now let us see how to make kambu kozh.
Ingredients:
1.
Kambu-
1 cup
2.
Butter
milk(moor)-1 cup
3.
Salt-
to taste
Method:
1.
Soak
Kambu for 2-3 hrs.
2.
Grind
this to a coarse paste. Add some water and keep it aside for 7-8 hrs
.
After 7-8 hrs (as below)
3.
Add
the paste in the pot and add water.(if u have 1 cup of kambu paste then add one
and a half a cup of water and mix it
well.)
4.
Switch
on the stove and stir continuously without taking the hand out.
5.
After
the paste thickens switch off the stove and allow it to cool.
6.
Now
add some chopped small onions, buttermilk and salt for taste and serve it with moor milagai, vaththal.
Now kambu kozh is ready!!
